E.P.S Epoxy has a longer life span than polyester, they keep that lively pop much longer., thanks to all this has become one of the best creators of surfboards in Costa Rica.

This E.P.S. foam is designed in the United States but made here in Costa Rica. The foam is poured into blocks which are cut with a hot wire to the specified dimension and rocker. All scraps are then send back to the factory to be recycled to make more boards. (100% biodegradable )
Stringers are milled from laurel black which strength to weight ratio is far stronger than bass wood which is tradicionally used in surfboards. Laurel black has excellent flex characteristics, once the board is shaped it is glassed with normal fiberglass cloth but using Epoxy resin. These boards are fiber glass, Epoxy fiber glass.
